Commercial Finance Manager

Incredibly acquisitive US IT business is looking for a Commercial Controller to manage thed Sales Finance and Revenue teams.

This is a key position that will work closely with Sales, Operations, Legal and Marketing teams and act as a Business Partner on all new business deals.

As well as being the Finance lead for all revenue reporting, control, analysis and forecasting, you will be a trusted advisor for all internal customers, contract negotiations, reviews and revenue compliance.

Key Duties:

• Responsible for all Sales reporting and analysis
• Responsible for financial reporting and analysis
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key business partner
• Lead the revenue team and oversee local revenue policy
• Work with Sales, Sales Operations and Legal during contract negotiations

Key Attributes:

• Recent experience of USGAAP / revenue recognition 
• Fully Qualified Accountant
• Strong commercial reporting skills
• Strong technical revenue reporting experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
