The role necessitates having a clear understanding of differing source market requirements to ensure high class support is delivered within agreed SLAs in an ever-changing environment.
Undertaking the following key tasks in a timely and accurate manner:
oRunning contribution models and being the conduit for model approval process, with the objective of ensuring that contribution is maximised for every account
oEnsuring contracts & amendments are raised in line with approved model
oProduction of regular and bespoke Management Information, together with appropriate analytical comment, for Sales and Marketing teams
oPreparation and validation of monthly Channel Chart reports to track days and revenue against pre-agreed targets
oValidating calculations of contracted commissions on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
oReconciliation to plan & reprojections of contracted marketing funds, rebates and volume bonuses
oReconciliation of un-contracted marketing expenses
oPreparing paperwork for rates
oCompetitor analysis by channel - pricing and product
You must be a competent user of MS Excel - and be able to create formulae, pivot tables (VBA/Macros's)
