Commercial Account Handler
Search Insurance are currently supporting the recruitment of a Commercial Account Handler for a National Insurance Broker based in Worcestershire.
The Role:
To understand the scheme and affinity sectors and be able to communicate the details of the various policy covers to the customers.
To ensure that policy administration is carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
To aid customers with advice and assistance in the event of a claim.
To Ensure systems and procedures are properly maintained.
My client is looking for an individual with an understanding of the principles of Insurance attained through working in a commercial or personal lines insurance environment. You will have excellent customer service skills, be able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision and work well as part of a team.
You will be joining a friendly, team orientated environment within a brokerage that offers a competitive salary.
£16,000 - £23,000 depending on skill set and experience
