Commercial Account handler
An opportunity has arisen with a leading broker who are looking to appoint a commercial account handler.
Job Specification:
* Maintaining and servicing existing commercial clients in respect of all aspects of their general insurance portfolio.
* Is able to gather sufficient and appropriate information, then analyse and evaluate this in relation to the customer's needs.
* Negotiates and agrees terms and cover that give best insurance position to meet customer's requirements.
* Assist Account Executives and senior staff in their involvement with any sales and marketing campaigns as required.
* Assisting with the development of commercial business with Key Insurers.
* Assist in the training and development of junior member of staff.

Skills Experience
* It is essential that you are have commercial insurance experience, ideally from a broking background those consideration will be given to candidate with commercial underwriting experience who are looking to move into a broking role.
* Experience in business development
* The role also requires the ability to work well within a team environment and a flexible approach to work.
* You will have the ability to build relationships and liaise with clients at all levels.
* You will have sound negotiation and communication skills
