Organisation Description
My client, a Newport based Insurance Brokers requires an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join their successful Commercial Insurance Division.
As Account Executive you will be tasked with managing relationships with existing clients while taking a pro-active approach to new business development - maximising opportunities to expand the Commercial Insurance Portfolio and introduce clients to groups wider proposition.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with an established brand, internal and external links to professional introducers and one which has a built a reputation as a highly reputable Insurance Intermediary.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Retain existing clients over the long term through active client management
Build clients confidence in the Group through demonstrating excellent technical knowledge and delivery of service
Acquire new clients through recommendations, referrals and your own new business and marketing initiatives.
Communicate the Group proposition to clients
Proactively create, manage and follow through prospects to create a pipeline of prospective new clients
Generate referrals and make introductions for the client to other parts of the Group
Follow Group and Divisional processes and policies
Work within FSA rules and guidance as interpreted by the Groups compliance policies and processes, particularly the policies on Treating Customers Fairly
Collect fees and premiums in accordance within divisional requirements
Develop strong working relationships with immediate team and wider Group
Build effective networks with suppliers and clients
Person Specification
Skills and Experience:
Cert CII Essential
Dip CII Desirable
An in depth knowledge of Commercial Insurance products and market is essential.
Knowledge of Acturis highy desirable
