The Role
Collection Team Leader
Key responsibilities:-
- Managing day to day workload of 12 collection advisers
- Ensure compliance and collection targets are achieved
- Performance management of staff including appraisals, one to ones and training.
Salary
Basic £18,000 - £25,000 (based on experience)
Experience required
All applicants must have experience of working as a Collection Team Leader or Collections Manager.
Hours
37 hours per week.
Shifts between 8 am to 8 pm
