Collections Negotiator / Debt Recovery Executive
Leeds City Centre
Salary: £15,000 - £17,500 + Uncapped Bonus
Various Shift Patterns Available

We currently have a number of collections/debt recovery vacancies for a debt purchasing market leader in Leeds city centre.

Main Duties:
Making outbound and receiving inbound calls
Checking data protection information
Asking for full and final payments on a variety of outstanding debt accrued with high street lenders and blue chip organisations
Negotiating suitable monthly repayment arrangements

Skills & Experience required:
Experience of negotiating with clients
Experience of working to targets and deadlines
Persuasiveness
Strong work ethic (time keeping/ attendance)
Mature attitude
Determination
Ability to demonstrate empathy
Good judgment
Positive attitude to work
Collections/ Debt recovery experience preferred but not essential
