Our client, a market leader in their field, are looking for experienced Collections/Credit Control Advisors to join their expanding team.
You will be working in a call centre environment taking and receiving calls relating to collections. You will be speaking to both end customers and clients, with relatively new debt and closed accounts so must know the collections procedure from start to finish. Other duties will include converting customers back onto direct debits, taking payments and resolving queries.
You should have at least 3 - 4 years previous collections/credit control experience, be target driven and used to dealing with high volumes of work.
