Main duties include:
- Collecting outstanding fees
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Sending overdue letters
- Sending legal action letters
- Compiling weekly debt reports
- Building relationships with clients to maximise income
- Meeting company targets
Person Specification
Essential criteria includes:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to influence and persuade
- Great organsational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Education to A Level standard or equivalent
- Previous experience in financial services
