A leading, global financial organisation has several vacancies for Part Time Evening and Weekend Collections advisors for their state of the art call centre in Coventry
You role will be to
- Contact customers to recover debt and arrange payment plans for arrears
- Collate and update customer records
- Ensure the relevant quality standard is met on all calls
- Work in line with regulatory guidelines and promote company products and services
- Handle and respond to queries
Ideal applicants will have worked within a contact centre or call centre role previously, with a background in financial services. You will have good PC skills, be educated to GCSE level of equivalent Inc English and Maths. You will have excellent questioning skills and be available to start work immediately.
Hours of work are 20 per week between 17.00 and 21.00 Mon to Friday and 08.00 - 14.00 on a Saturday.
