An excellent opportunity has arisen for a collections advisor to join a reputable Law Firm based in central Manchester.
You will be working within a team of 8 processing inbound and outbound calls. You will also be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment plans. The role will involve liaising with other departments on behalf of customers to resolve issues and it is therefore essential that you are self confident.
To apply for this position you will have a combination of customer service, sales, debt management or collection skills. You will have come from a professional telephone based environment coupled with good computer skills and be able to provide high levels of customer care.
In addition you will be confident, self motivated, a good communicator and target driven.
