This beautiful upmarket restaurant is seeking a bar tender that has a passion for wines, spirits, whiskies and cocktails.  

The suitable candidate will be immaculately presented and have a solid background as either a very good cocktail bar tender or a mixologist.  A flair and understanding of tastes, textures, aromas, flavours and presentation of drinks is essential.

The restaurant offers cuisine that is produced by a Chef who has worked at michelin level and the restaurant requires someone who can offer beverages that match the standard of the food.

The position not only offers a fantastic salary but as the venue is privately owned, there is the opportunity to create and manage your own cocktail list and drinks menu.
