Established for 40 years, our client is now one of the largest privately owned gear manufacturing companies in the UK. An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced CNC Turner to join their night shift.
This is the ideal opportunity for a hands-on CNC specialist with Faunc CNC controls experience looking to develop a career with a long-established and growing company.
As a CNC Turner, you will work on various modern multi functional CNC lathes with Fanuc controls. As you will be working on a variety of projects, good multitasking skills are essential.
To be considered, you must be conversant with Fanuc CNC controls. Equally important is your self-motivation, initiative and strong problem solving abilities.
As a CNC Turner, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work alone is also key.
Programming experience would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of managing other team members.
