We are currently working with an established and reputable medical device company who are seeking a Clinical Specialist to cover the North East. You will ideally live between Leeds and Newcastle, but this is only ideally and will look at other candidates who are still on patch. They are looking for someone with a clinical background (RGN, ODP etc) with or without their current PIN who has experience with and an understanding of Infusion devices/pumps. You will be joining an established team where you will be supporting the existing sales team in support and training of the products and pain management range. You will also help with the trials support. This role could also mean that after 18-24 months you get the option for your role to become more sales orientated. You should also be a team player with the ability to manage your own work load, additionally having the confidence to demonstrate the products to industry professionals. You should be able to demonstrate astute technical understanding whilst managing and developing existing /new business relations, being able to promote and represent the portfolio of products effectively.
The majority of time this will be an autonomous position and you should be able to motivate yourself and demonstrate outstanding organisational and communication skills. To be successful in this territory you should be located or relocated somewhere on the territoryYou will be aware of the procedures nurses use with these products and should either have been a nurse or are now a current nurse looking for a break into medical sales via a clinical role. This role offers great potential for career progression. You MUST be career driven and determined to progress. You will have initial training of 2-4 weeks on process, products and sales and then on-going training thereafter.
