Client Support Co-ordinator

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work within a very friendly team as a Client Support Co-ordinator for a leading global company based in Coventry.

The successful candidate will be a confident, friendly and customer focussed individual with the ability to multi task and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Accurately manage customer information and update internal systems
  • Ability to build strong relationships with existing clients and arrange visits accordingly
  • Liaise with assessors, colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Resolve client issues with internal departments and assessors
  • Cross train other members of the team
  •  Identify  and highlight any potential new business
  • Support account managers as well as managing your own list of accounts

Person Specification:

  • Excellent customer service skills ideally with a background of working with business customers.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • PC literate with proficiency in MS Office

Salary and Hours:

  • 35 hours per week.  Candidates will be expected to work shifts 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm with a half day on a Friday.
