Client Advisor

My client is looking for a confident, flexible and enthusiastic and confident candidate for their client services representative role. 

The ideal candidate would preferably have a background in Account Management, Team Leader or a Customer Services role and have strong customer service skills. With potential for progression within the company the ideal candidate will be looking to progress their career in the client services field and be looking for a long term permanent position.

Essential skills and attributes for applicants will include:

- Previous experience in a customer/client services role

- Confident on the telephone and dealing with inbound calls from customers

- A flexible attitude towards working hours as the occasional Saturday morning and evening work is required

-  Confidence in dealing with a wide variety of clients and customers and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive data

Desirable skills and attributes for applicants will include:

- The desire to progress within the company to a more senior position

- Availability for interview and potential start date as soon as possible
