My client is a leading financial services organisation based in Belfast City Centre, wishing to source two individuals to join their team.
Job Description
The successful candidate must:
• Meet challenging departmental objectives and provide timely deliverables.
• Provide high level of customer service & support to both external customers and key colleagues.
• Accurately execute new business processing within guidelines.
Additional duties will include:
• Delivering support to the sales process from application to payout.
• Dealing with telephone calls; scanning and dispatching incoming documentation.
• Providing effective & efficient communication and information provision as a basis for customer satisfaction.
• Receiving, processing and managing incoming applications, documentation and quote requests in accordance with policies and procedures, aiming at a speedy, accurate and high quality handling of the application process in order to optimise performance with existing partners and dealers.
• Preparing contracts & corresponding documents and liaising with all parties involved, in order to provide speedy, accurate and high quality handling of the contract process.
Person Specification
We are seeking two highly motivated individuals who possess excellent communication & organisational skills & who are able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be well educated with the ability to learn & retain information while understanding the importance of prioritising your workload.
You must have a track record of consistently meeting goals and to work under your own initiative to tight deadlines. You will be technically minded with a practical understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel. Knowledge of the asset finance industry although preferable is not essential.
Consideration will also be given to recent Graduates that display comparable academic skills.
Skills:
• Good Microsoft skills including Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Computer literate with the ability to grasp several in-house systems.
• Numerate.
• Literate, with fluency in English.
• Ability to detail issues in writing, in a clear, accurate & concise manner.
• Have a good telephone manner.
