BASED: NORTHWICH, CHESHIRE (Free Parking)

£17k Basic + £4k Activity / Performance Bonus

THE COMPANY:

Our client, a growing IT Solution provider with a prestigious portfolio of clients are expanding and currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and customer focussed CSE to complement an established sales team and work closely with the Partner Relationship Manager.

This role requires a results oriented, hard-working individual with excellent CRM skills and the determination to succeed.

THE ROLE:

To take responsibility for the thorough completion of partner feedback and all associated fields ensuring that the pipeline fields are always up to date.

Managing and building relations with a portfolio of SME accounts, providing a bespoke service

This will entail managing designated Partner Sales Teams carrying out a verbal and written handover of the opportunity

To arrange and manage partner feedback after the appointment has been attended (this will form part of the pipeline reporting).

You will be providing a service for their clients so that they can ensure that business partners attend appointments that have been gained for them, and also that the partners are closing as much business as possible thereby maximising the clients return on investment.

To follow this up with written confirmation whilst working to strict deadlines, and chasing some of these partners to gain the feedback required..

Working to KPI’s /SLA and set targets in order to achieve bonus

THE CANDIDATE:

Current and relevant experience of building and maintaining relationships over the telephone

CRM system experience is essential and in addition you will need to be experienced in a number of standard software packages.

You will also be able to demonstrate your organisational skills along with your verbal and written communication skills.

Organised, friendly and a self starter

Previous experience within IT Distribution would be advantageous but not essential.
