Client Service Executive - Birmingham

Willis Insolvency is a market leader in providing Insolvency Practitioners with insurance and risk solutions. As a result of our continued growth we are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our successful team as a Client Service Executive.

• Actively anticipate Client insurance requirements and develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
• Place risks within a robust and market leading Open Cover insurance scheme.
• Work within the parameters of a rating guide and Delegated Underwriting Authority to price each appointment accordingly.
• Offer Clients advice and support to mitigate their risks and reduce premium levels on applicable cases utilising an excellent knowledge of our products and services.

• Experience in the insurance sector either within commercial SME broking or underwriting.
• Flexible approach to duties as occasional visits to client’s offices or appointment sites may be required.
• Desire to work within an ever changing environment and to thrive on change and identify areas that could be improved to better serve our clients.
• Superior time management skills including the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Ability to think laterally as each case is different and has its own insurance challenges.
• Confidence in written and verbal communication with high level clients.
• Face to face client experience desirable but not essential.
