Role Objectives
To effectively and efficiently provide administration support to the Manager & staff of the Exeter office and providing the highest level of customer support to clients.
To work pro-actively to assist the Manager to grow the company’s market share, property portfolio and profile within Exeter & surrounding area.
Main Duties
• To provide full admin support to Agency Manager and Agency team.
• Undertaking a pro-active role in the running of the office, undertaking the facilities management function.
• To answer telephone calls and deal with client enquiries.
• Registration of applicants - those received either by telephone or via internet registration.
• To arrange viewing and market appraisal appointments.
• Diary management for the office ensuring that appointments are scheduled effectively.
• To undertake property mail outs.
• Typing details, instruction letters, agreements and sales letters
• To maintain the window display with current property stock.
• To monitor and manage property display on internet portals and company website. Reporting and resolving issues where possible.
• Compiling brochures for high end properties.
• Undertaking advert in publications i.e. Times/Telegraph/Devon Life/WMN etc
• Carry out preparations for the Vendor Reviews and working with the Negotiator to undertake the review.
• Compiling Rightmove comparable reports
• Sales Progression- liaising with Solicitors and Vendors to move sale along.
• Any other duties as directed by the Agency Assistant Manager and the Managing Director.
