Job Description
For the role, you will responsible on the client relationship management for the regions, enhance and provide a high quality of customer service, maintain the relationship at all levels and deliver appropriate solutions to meet with client’s strategic growth objective. You will design and execute the business plans including marketing objectives and strategies in respect of the portfolio of clients. Beside of maintain the relationship with exiting clients, you will also identify and generate new business by delivering the business value propositions to new client assigned from time to time in order to the business target.
Requirements:
• University graduate in Actuarial, Marketing, Finance with professional qualification in Actuarial is preferred
• At least 10 years of Life insurance experience with regional or global exposure
• Excellent client management, marketing and negotiation skills
• Strong market net-work within Asia Pacific would be an asset
• A dynamic, confident, creative and out-going personality with strong presentation and social skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationship with all levels and channels
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. East Asian language skills would be advantageous
• Frequent travel is require for this role
