Client Project Administrator

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR:

Client Project Support:

  • Use of online content management systems (CMS) or database systems to administrate client campaigns.  This will include tasks such as:
    • Information uploads (which may be daily, weekly or monthly dependent on campaign requirements)
    • User account administration to include new user account set up, resolving day to day queries relating to log in /passwords, account close when users leave, etc.
    • Uploading content, images etc onto the website
    • Ongoing website management to update content for clients
  • General database administration
  • General response handling for various campaigns (telephone and email queries from users)
  • Assist the campaign management team in preparing and sending html E-shots for campaigns.  There would be scope for a candidate with a flair for design to develop the role further in this area

SOURCING:

  • Assist our project managers with sourcing of
    • Marketing collateral
    • Promotional branded items
    • Prizes
    • Themed items

 GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:

  • Supporting campaign management team with administration tasks such as:
    • Raising purchase orders
    • Raising invoice requests for sales invoices
    • Maintaining detailed excel based costsheet for individual campaigns
    • Maintaining job files for each project

 ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • The project support aspect of the role requires an advanced working knowledge of Excel as this will entail a high level of data manipulation.
  • Given the high level of data handling, a high level of numeracy is required
  • At least 2 years office based experience
  • Previous use of online content management systems (CMS)
  • High standard of written and oral English.
