Following significant re investment last year and a new business structure intended to create growth, our client, a successful Contact Centre and Service Company operating across the UK, is seeking an experienced Client Delivery Manager to join the Portsmouth site.
The position is to manage, and co-ordinate outbound projects and project teams in order to deliver the client’s definitions of success (DOS) in line with business needs.
To deliver excellence in performance through;
- performance management
- training
- coaching and inspirational leadership of Team Managers managing teams of direct report
Amongst others, your main responsibilities will be;
- to identify and delegate to the team, objectives required to deliver the campaign successfully
- to plan the tasks and processes required to achieve success
- to manage the client on a day to day basis, or as and when required
- to deliver the project within the agreed parameters
- to co-ordinate ongoing project activity
- daily team reporting
- to allocate resources
As well as ensuring the clients needs are met and the campaign runs smoothly, you will be tasked to manage the team through;
- Project Appraisals
- Project Measurement
- Team Quality
The ideal candidate will;
- have proven outbound operational management skills
- have a record of achievement in an outbound sales environment
- have experience in people development
- achieve in all aspects of outbound and to end process management
- have experience in compiling analysis and reporting
- have a track record in developing outbound sales models
- be a confident and motivated leader
- have proven problem solving skills, great listening skills, objective setting and action planning
You must have great interpersonal skills, be a great communicator, deal and mix well within a group setting.
