Client Care Advisor

Large, international company based in Longbenton is seeking to recruit a number of Client Care Advisor to join its existing team. These positions are full time, permanent and will involve working on a shift basis between the hours of 7am-11pm Monday to Sunday (37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7). Candidates should be fully flexible to work within these times. Salary will be £7.00 per hour plus benefits. Working on behalf of a major Auction House, responsibilities will include: - manning a very busy switchboard dealing with incoming calls from customers in the UK, US as well as internal employees - transferring calls quickly and efficiently - looking at the website and advising customers of process - providing information to customers in a courteous and timely manner - using a variety of internal and external information systems - delivering the highest levels of customer service - maintaining an up to date knowledge of current products and services Candidates will ideally have experience of manning a very busy switchboard and be used to an often demanding environment. The successful client care advisor will also have experience of navigating various screens whilst talking to the customer. You should possess first class communication skills along with strong IT knowledge and the ability to use multiple systems. An interest in art would be beneficial but is not essential.
