You will possess strong communication skills, liaising extensively by telephone with relevant information, confirming details held on computerised databases, actioning requests from field engineers and providing overall support.
A strong aptitude for the use of general IT software and systems will be required, and in-house system training will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop and build on existing general customer service/helpdesk experience. Some weekend working will be required on a rota basis, however this will still only constitute a 5 day working week, with days off during the week where applicable.
