I am currently recruiting for a professional Clerk of Works for my client based in Telford.
As the Clerk of Works you ensure that work is carried out to my client's standards, specification and schedule.
You will become familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, checking them an using them as a reference when inspecting work.
You will also take measurements and samples on site to make sure that the work and materials meet the specifications and quality standards.
As the Clerk of Works you will have experience and an excellent working knowledge of health and safety legislation.
Ideally you will be familiar with building regulations.

THIS IS A MATERNITY COVER
You will have experience and a working knowledge of waste management and knowledge of waste legislation.
Experience in leading a company through an accreditation process.
Experience in energy procurement/carbon management/energy reduction/waste management/sustainable travel.
Clear understanding of relevant regulations
Experience in behavioural change in the field of su stainability
If you have this experience and/or you are qualified in Chartered Institute Environmental Health - Environmental Management at work level 3.
