Call Centre Agents / Telesales - £16,000 plus uncapped commission - realistic OTE £25,000

The Company

Our client is a successful claims organisation based in Altrincham. Well established with a current plan for growth, this organisation are looking to recruit the very best Claims Advisors to join their existing teams. The working environment is lively and fun with emphasis on incentives for key achievements such as TV's, iPads and many other luxury items.

The Role

A mix of warm and cold calling, in the role of Claims Advisor you will be talking to consumers to understand their claims, providing advice and progressing the claim, sending out information packs, providing exceptional customer service.

This role is target based and your success will be driven by the quality of calls resulting in fully engaging the consumer through to claim. If you are driven by a desire to succeed and are motivated by recognition and monetary rewards, this is the role for you.

The contact centre is operational between 9am - 8pm it is essential you can work between these hours Monday to Friday, no weekends. (Work shifts Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm and 12pm - 8pm, alternating each week and 10am-2pm every Friday)

Part Time roles are also available. ( £8.20 per hour. 16 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 4pm to 8pm)

The Candidate

Although you will receive full training my client is seeking someone with experience of a call centre targeted environment, ideally outbound, however if you have up-sold in a customer service role your skills would suit this role.
