Our client based in North Tyneside is looking to recruit for a number of claims advisor's to provide front line claims services to customers.
The role will involve ensuring claims are dealt with within FSA regulations and company procedures.
You will need to take ownership of all customer queries and be able to provide clear guidance to customers and claimants.
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a claims handling role.
Ideally you will have knowledge of first and third party motor claims as well as credit hire, fraud, liability and recoveries.
The role is permanent and full time with a salary in the region of £21,000 depending on experience.
