This is an excellent opportunity for a Claims Administrator to join the expanding Claims Department in a leading Insurance company based in Borehamwood. You will be responsible for all aspects of claims processing including processing and accessing new claims, managing ongoing claims, dealing with incoming phone calls, corresponding with customers and general administration duties.

You will also be responsible for answering queries and handling enquiries in a calm and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals and able to make decisions quickly and correctly, strong administrative experience and a confident, helpful telephone manner.
