My client is a market leader specializing in Personal Injury with offices in the Yorkshire region. Having increased headcount by over 50% in the last two years, due to continued unrivalled success the strategic aim is to increase profitability by 100% in the next financial and be recognised as a top 25 Legal Law firm.
They have an urgent requirement for strong experienced Claimant Personal Injury Fee Earners to join their expanding business.
In line with strategic aims, they have created a new Personal Injury RTA Fee Earner Team. You will be working along with a Legal Assistant dealing with all a volume caseload of pre issue files using the MOJ Portal stage 1 & 2.
It is essential that you have experience of the claims handling process and furthermore are a confident and competent litigator currently operating at that level.
