Civils Supervisor

This role is required to supervise all the day to day activities of the
sub-contractors within the nominated PFI contract to achieve agreed profit and
service objectives.

Role Requirements:

Hold an ONC/HNC in relevant discipline (or equivalent)

NRSWA qualification

Good commercial awareness

Ideally, PC Literate and knowledge of MS suite i.e. Word, Excel

Good Knowledge of Business Assurance Systems

Good influencing and motivation skills

Experience of responsibility for site based activities, including experience of
managing a team

Knowledge of basic electrical systems

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions
including H & S and Environmental
Agree and maintain clear business objectives for the nominated PFI contract

Develop, communicate and manage contract-specific performance objectives

Plan for materials orders, subcontractor and plant availability

Work with CIP team to plan and programme works

Understand and meet customer requirements, obtaining feedback and resolving
issues appropriately

Clear communication of the company objectives, ensuring prompt
implementation of new directives

Ensure staff retention, absenteeism and sickness levels are monitored and
issues promptly addressed
