Organisation Description
A medium sized multi disciplinary organisation with 35 members across two offices continue to generate new commissions.
Architecture, civil / structural engineering and surveying expertise are provided to clients who are found in the housing and commercial industries.
The infrastructure team now has an immediate requirement for an accomplished technician to assist them with their latest projects.
Job Description
Involved from the first day you're be working on cutting edge residential projects producing CAD drawings taking projects to the next stage and working closely with other team members.
You will communicate with the architectural team throughout the project process and from time to time will carry out measured surveys on a variety of sites.
Person Specification
Candidates applying will have previously designed drainage layouts, road systems and plot layouts on residential projects and will be proficient with AutoCAD and Windes software.
You will hold an industry recognised qualification within structural or civils and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The client work in a modern office with free on site parking and a relaxed clothing policy.
