Cisco Engineer - CCNP - Routing/Switching - URGENT CONTRACT - European Travel

DGH Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an internationally recognised client, they are seeking an experienced Cisco Network Engineer to work as part of a global team responsible for the installation and maintenance of Cisco Catalyst switches and ISR Routers across its European sites.

This contract will initially be 2 monthly rolling basis.

START DATE - End of May 2013
LOCATION - London and European sites

Essential Skills

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing and Switching or Higher
Cisco Catalyst 4500 Series switches
Cisco Catalyst 4500X Series switches
Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series switches
Cisco ISR-G2 3900 Series Routers

Desirable Skills

HP DL3xx Servers
Microsoft Windows Server 20xx
Aruba Wireless Access Points or a good understanding of Wireless Networking
Aruba Wireless LAN Controllers or a good understanding of Wireless Networking
A good understanding of VoIP and techniques

The above cover's most of the technical requirements, but some of the other attributes will be the requirement to travel Europe wide for the installations with the ability to stay away from home, as some of the projects may involve weekend work and several weeks away.

Expenses will be covered for European travel.
