Cisco CCNP Senior Network Engineer

Sports Direct, the UKs' no 1 sports retailer are looking to expand their networking team and require an experienced CCNP or above network engineer, who will be responsible for the development and support of the network infrastructure and network services.

With a converged voice/data network connecting 500+ sites across a dozen countries and a large data centre, a strong background in cisco routing and switching is a must. You must be able to setup and support a range of switches and routers, troubleshoot routing protocols and wan connections, configure QoS and policy based routing.

You must also have experience in at least one of the following,

CallManager/Unified Communications Manager with IPCC Express,

Cisco Security products and solutions, such as FWSM, Pix, DMVPN, IPSec

Wireless Networking

Network Management and Monitoring - CiscoWorks, Netflow, PRTG

Cisco Storage Switches - MDS

Also with a rapidly expanding E-Commerce environment knowledge of Checkpoint firewalls and F5 load balancers is desirable.

We are looking for a candidate with a genuine desire to achieve full CCIE certification to enable you to grow into the full potential of this postion.
