Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Reporting to the board and with the support of your small team, your major challenge is to analyse the market segments, business opportunities and define a clear strategy for the company. One of your top priorities is to visit potential business partners and clients and convince them of the benefits of our solutions. Managing the cash flow and keeping close control on the costs will also be one of your short-term missions until the company can generate sales. You lead and motivate your team to grow the business and ensure that the structure in place supports your clients’ needs. You closely interact with the shareholders and foster communication throughout the whole organisation. Holder of a university degree in chemistry, physics or science of materials, you have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a managerial role at an international level. You have a solid track record in client relationship and business development and are familiar with at least one of our potential development areas. On top of your expertise in nanotechnology, you are solution- and results-oriented. You have ideally already worked in a start-up environment. Your natural leadership and communication skills will help establish yourself as a trusted

ambassador of our company at an international level. You are fluent in English. We offer the opportunity to join a start-up company with a unique and competitive technology and huge business development opportunities. We offer a generous and competitive remuneration package (base salary + commission / bonus plan + social contribution & stock options).
