Our kitchen will be split into patisserie & bakery, café, celebration cakes & chocolate, each with a chef de partie. Therefore as chef de partie you will have a minimum of four years experience within a professional kitchen and gained profession qualifications from either college or a day release scheme. Responsibilities will include; daily mise en place for the given section, storage of supplies and stock rotation of those supplies, monitoring the standards of commis chefs, the training of commis chefs and help with the preparation of new menus.
Our café will be closed in the evenings allowing straight shifts and a better work life balance compared to the demands of hotels.
