Chef -part time - 20 hours p/w - Orpington, Kent BR5 - £9,000.00 pa

Part time Chef required for a Mental health Hospital in Orpington, Kent (BR5). This hospital is an environment where all residents are treated as individuals and is a place where they regard as their home therefore food is a vital part of looking after the residents and keeping them balanced as they may be confused and/or have behavioral problems.

As a Chef you will provide residents and staff with three healthy, nutritious and balanced meals a day. You need excellent cookery skills, an awareness of food hygiene and nutrition issues, and management and organisational skills along with an experienced chef track record of planning menus, ordering and storage.  A good team player with effective leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental health is key.
