We are looking for a Chef de Rang for this wonderful fine dining restaurant in Chester. 

Chef de Rang- The Role

• As Chef de Rang you will be fully responsible for the smooth running of your section and the supervision of commis waiters.
• The Chef de Rang will be highly organised with excellent leadership qualities and the ability to work under pressure.
• The Chef de Rang will have at least two years experience in a 2 AA Rosette or Michelin Star restaurant.

We are looking for a Chef de Rang with a genuine passion for food and service plus steady experience in a quality fine dining restaurant.
