our clients menus are based around classic British food and we change them regularly so we can offer the freshest seasonal ingredients. We offer a lighter lunch menu with a selection of hot and cold sandwiches and a more formal a la carte menu. On Sundays we have two traditional roast dinners to choose from, which vary through the year. Everything on our menu is freshly cooked to order.

Role Chef De Partie
You will be working as part of am ambitious and talented team in this wonderful fine dining restaurant and stunning historic hotel.
- The kitchen and team require an experienced Chef de Partie who has worked within a busy environment within high quality kitchens, at a minimum of AA Rosette standard
- Gourmet Cuisine cooking for 70 covers per service plus functions
You will need to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and possess strong knowledge of working with fresh local produce, as well as have excellent attention to detail
As a Chef de Partie you will be cooking for the fine dining restaurant along with our soon to be finished function suite
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Chef de Partie who is passionate about quality and technical modern cooking, knowledge of the pastry section would be an advantage
This role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie currently working at Chef de Partie level within a busy hotel or professional restaurant kitchen
Good kitchen working environment.
