We are recruiting for an experienced chef de partie to work in our client’s gastro pub under the umbrella of a branded company.
Our client prides themselves on serving fresh, simple, high quality traditional dishes extremely well. This pub is a busy working environment, and as well as having high standards and demonstrating good attention to detail, you’ll help your team to set the standards in terms of delicious dishes, control of the kitchen and outstanding standards of health and hygiene.
They see their chef de parties as being on the first step of the ladder towards more senior chef positions and they always provide support and development opportunities for their staff. They aren’t just looking for someone who can cook they are looking for someone who really wants to learn and who ooze passion as individuals.
You must have experience as a chef de partie within a gastro pub or similar establishments with a minimum of 1-2 years experience. You will be working with fresh local produce cooking traditional food.
