Chef de Partie - Bishops Stortford - up £18,000 + Tips
Our client, a 4 Star Hotel are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for their multiple food outlets and conferencing facilities near Stansted Airport.
As Chef de Partie you will join a brigade of 18 chefs. You will be producing food for 3 Restaurants which have daily changing menus and the conference and banqueting suites that can cater up to 700 delegates at any one time.
The successful Chef de Partie will work straight shifts, 5 days per week, and always have two full days off. Due to the size of the team it is very rare that Chefs work more than 45 hours per week.
The ideal Chef de Partie will be confident in all sections of the kitchen and a will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in high end Hotels. You will have a passion for great food and have a desire to learn and progress from the very experienced chefs in your team.
