My client is a beautiful country house hotel with 2AA Rosette Restaurant in East Sussex. Rated as one of the best venues in the area they pride themselves on giving excellent service and a personal touch to their clients. They are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their friendly team. The Head chef within the kitchen has a fantastic background and this is an amazing opportunity to learn a lot.
The Position:
- Work alongside the Head Chef and other Chefs you will assist in all sections as required
- You must be willing to learn and grow in terms of your own development and be passionate about improving both yourself as well as contributing to the overall success of the business
- You will always have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the menus and to dishes being created
- You will be working a variety of shifts including split shifts.
The Person:
A flexible approach in attitude and approach - you must be willing to work as part of a team and assist in all areas.
The successful applicant will have a huge passion for food, for local fresh produce and for developing ideas using seasonal ingredients. A dedication to the industry is essential
Your own transport would be desirable due to the location of this hotel, however live in accommodation is available if required
