Chef de Partie, Newcastle, to £17,500 negotiable
Chef de Partie required for food-led pub in Newcastle serving fresh Modern British cuisine. Candidates should have a background working as Chef de Partie for at least 1 year + and ideally in rosette or multi rosette kitchens or similar. To apply you must have a stable career history and we are looking for a real enthusiasm for working with fresh fine food. Salary is c£17,500 and is negotiable depending upon experience.
