Chef Consultant - Reigate OTE £35k plus flexible benefits scheme and outstanding environment

Chef Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

*You will be placing all types of temporary chefs across the South of England.
*You will be speaking to new and existing clients all day every day, establishing their recruitment needs. This will involve cold calling and account management; relationship building is key to what we do.
*You will source candidates and shortlist through telephone screening and face to face interviews
*You will be working to targets in a fast paced sales environment requiring drive, motivation and a positive mental attitude.

Chef Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

*You will have worked as a chef previously ideally with some sales experience too.
*If you have previosu catering recruitment consultancy experience this would be ideal
*You will be speaking to new and existing clients and candidates all day every day so exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
