Charity Regional Experience Managers-Co-host at home parties-MK

This us a rewarding role that will provide aid to those in need living in third world counties.

You will be required to organise home parties that will be hosted by a World Vision child sponsor, acting as a co-host.

Role:

• Organise a World Vision party within the home of an existing sponsor

• Create a sensory experience, prior to the arrival of the hosts guests, including food sampled from Sierra Leona (supplied bu the host) you will then carry out the sensory experience, that will be played through an audio head piece.

A key part of your role is to engage with the guests in their thoughts, for which you will be fully trained.

• After the audio sensory experience, you then play the video sensory experience, again
engaging with guests in their thoughts

• On conclusion of the full sensory experience, the sponsoring of a child and possibility of
hosting a party themselves is conversed

• Reporting must be carried out within 24 hours of your @Home event, to include iD reporting and uploading of guests’ contact details to a World Vision reporting portal (training to be given)

• Sponsorship forms and any confidential information are to be returned on a weekly basis
using the addressed envelopes provided to you at the training day. You will also be fully
trained on data protection procedures and child protection prior to the activity

• A post event courtesy call is to be made, thanking the host for their hospitality and gaining feedback on they felt it went - instructions to be confirmed

Key skills required

• Full UK drivers licence & own vehicle
• Daily internet access to facilitate event reporting
• Access to Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 9 to carry out daily reporting
• Ability to create an engaging and dynamic force during the party
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent reporting skills
