Salary:  £32000 - £39,000

We’re looking for a Change Manager to join the team, to lead and deliver the successful implementation of business change for Complaint operations.  This will be achieved through taking ownership and working to support the Senior Change Manager and the Complaint Leadership Team’s agenda. As the Change Manager, you’ll drive change through working with colleagues across Barclaycard and RBB to deliver change that will improve processes, operating practices and embed new and improved systems into complaint operations.  You’ll identify, shape and deliver business initiatives that enable complaint operations to deliver improved customer service and bring improved operational efficiency, whilst mitigating projects risks and impacts to operations.  You’ll support the development of a continuous improvement culture by encouraging the generation of ideas, and taking ownership to shape, plan and control business design and analysis of related activity, to advance and support the high performance delivery of change projects.

What you’ll need

You’ll have proven experience of leading and delivering operational change projects in a complaints environment within financial services.  Ideally, you’ll be formally accredited to a professionally recognised change management related qualification and will have sound business analysis skills.  The ability to follow project management good practise, build business cases to support project authorisation process, project planning and management skill sets is essential as well as a motivational leadership style that can encourage a matrix of individuals that need to share a common goal to deliver the full potential of the business change.
