When you join us as a Change Acceptance Manager, you'll make sure that all new changes are fully realised and have a positive impact on frontline colleagues. It's a multi-dimensional role and a great opportunity to make a big impact right from day one.  
 
What you'll give our customers as a Change Acceptance Manager
You'll make the introduction of change as quick and easy as possible, and see to it that all changes introduced meet end user requirements. What's more, you'll make sure that all change governance and milestone reporting mechanisms are complied with and see to it that appropriate training, communications and business change materials are available. In addition, you'll manage a virtual team that will accept complex change and deliver low complexity change.

What you'll need as a Change Acceptance Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need change acceptance and quality management expertise and experience of managing and influencing high-level stakeholders. We'll need to see a detailed knowledge of change and financial governance procedures, and a degree-level education (or equivalent) is a must. On top of that, you'll need a solid working knowledge of MS Office and outstanding communication skills.
 
We'll judge you on your ability and nothing else.
