A leading provider of Employability and Training skills in the Greater Manchester area is looking to add a Centre Manager / Business Manager to their team. The organisation has a fantastic reputation for delivering excellence and is currently delivering the Governments flagship Work Programme, helping unemployed people back in to work.

The role requires an energetic and focused Centre Manager / Business Manager who can motivate a large team of advisors to achieve targets for job outcomes and sustainability. The ability to work under pressure and deliver results are essential as are people management skills.

Responsibilites:

• Achieving set job outcome and job sustainment targets.
• Managing a large team of employment advisors and supporting them to achieve advisor targets.
• Knowledge and experience of setting up systems to achieve business objectives and meet the requirement of the employability contract.
• Managing financial budgets.
• Develop training and development programmes for advisors and manage performance.
• Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve business goals.
• Auditing the performance of the centre on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience within Welfare to Work management delivering government funded contracts such as Work Programme, SFA, ESF, FND or others
