Manpower is recruiting a number of Cash Collection Agents for our client, a global business and technology company.
Based in their Bridgend contact centre, your role will involve making contact with customers who have failed to make payments for their landline and/or broadband package.
Key responsibilities:
Contacting customers to discuss repayment plans taking into account their individual situation
Working to and meeting weekly performance related targets to ensure the company reduces outstanding balances owed
Demonstrating excellent negotiation skills.
This role includes a generous weekly bonus scheme and free parking onsite.
This is a full-time role, working various shift patterns between the following hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 20.00 and Saturday 09.00 - 17.00.
You should be able to demonstrate previous success in a similar role/environment.
As an ideal candidate, you will also be persuasive yet approachable, to ensure that you reach the ultimate goal of retrieving payment from the customer.
