Job Description

My client, based in Coventry, is recruiting for Cash Allocations Team Leader for a 7 month contract.

The role will involve managing a team of four to ensure that the Sales Ledger is up to date and reflects current customer account positions by posting and allocating customer receipts accurately and efficiently.

Key Activities
• Ensuring the process of Cash Allocation runs accurately and within timescale from the AR team
• Organising workload for staff. Dealing with both internal and external queries Assisting the team with resolving allocation queries.
• Need a good understanding of Cash Allocation process. Taking on workload for absent staff and at busy periods.
• Able to communicate with both internal departments (Credit management/Admin and branches) and external departments (customers etc).
• Good telephone manner and good understanding of MS Outlook
